“The web is where it’s at…,” says Monte Hewett at a recent event at his newest subdivision in Smyrna, West Village. To that end, Monte Hewett Homes recently re-released it’s award winning website prior to the July 4th holiday.
“New search capabilities, easier navigation, a slideshow of our most popular homes, virtual tours, and lots more await our customers,” according to Dina Gundersen, Director of Marketing for MHH. A quick review of the website at http://www.mhhomes.com/ shows that Monte Hewett has spend considerable time researching exactly what buyers want to see.
Today, more and more customers are finding their dream homes via the web. “Searching large websites don’t give us exactly what we need. I want to know my builder, their locations, and the quality and service behind it,” states a buyer in the process of relocating to Atlanta. “Monte Hewett offers school information which is very important to my family.”
With locations in Fulton, Cobb, Dekalb and Gwinnett, apparently Monte Hewett knows where people want to live in Atlanta. Additionally, Monte Hewett continues to grow despite a number of reports of problems in the home buying industry. With two new projects, one in Buckhead (the Park at East Paces) and in Dectur (the Brownstones in Decatur), Monte Hewett isn’t taking a backseat in the home building industry.
If location, location, location is the key to real estate then content, pictures, and information are the key to the virtual world of the web. Monte Hewett seems to have a grasp of both. Check out their website today.
