Forbes Magazine’s list of the Top 10 Recession-Proof Cities to Retire In is out, and Atlanta tops the list! Forbes builds thier list by looking at the country’s 40 largest metropolitan areas and measures them for statistics such as cost of living, home prices and monthly expenses and 5-year job
