Coming Soon - Project City Green

Roswell’s future Project City Green is only the next big attraction in Atlanta since the Beltline.  The city of Roswell is in the beginning stages of planning a safe place where all Roswell residents can gather for everyday activities and special events. It will be a place that is accessible and people can engage in a variety of activities. It will be a social place to meet up with family and friends.  It is Project City Green and it is coming soon!

Project City Green is just another great reason to live in Forrest Commons. You and your family can take a stroll across the Promenade and find yourself among a host of attractions, just steps away from your front door.  You will be in the Heart of Roswell where you can visit The Grove, Gateway Plaza and Hill Street.  If you don’t feel like cooking after a long day of work, come on out and enjoy a variety of food choices along the popular Canton Street. You can take a class in one of the many community event spaces or tour the Faces of War Memorial Garden. There will always be something to do in Downtown Roswell when Project City Green is complete.

Project City Green’s main goals are to be an active central community gathering space, that reinforces downtown as a walk-able district. It will provide strong connectivity between the Municipal Complex, Canton Street and the residential and commercial areas beyond.  With Forrest Commons just a stroll away, residents will enjoy a place of scenic beauty, with all its open lawn areas, as well as a place of serenity with its many quiet garden spaces. It will be a gathering place for all ages, with restrooms, plenty of seating, shops, restaurants and most importantly, the scenic beauty of Downtown Roswell.

Residents of Forrest Commons can be proud to live in a community that exudes Roswell’s heritage and character.  Townhomes and single-family homes are available for immediate move in! For more information on Forrest Commons please contact Terry Fogarty and April Morris at 678.538.3130
