Drought? What Drought? GA EPD Eases Water Restrictions…

Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) has issued a non-drought schedule for outdoor water use for the first time since June 2006. Watering schedules have been set back to “non-drought” status.

Not only are our homes value-priced so you get SO much more home for your money, but now you may qualify for a $8,000 tax credit. Qualifying first-time home buyers will receive a tax credit that is 10% of the home’s purchase price up to a maximum of $8,000. This is different than the much-talked-about $7,500 tax credit from 2008. How? The new tax credit does not have to be repaid. This is great news!
