Friday, November 6th, 2009Homebuyers in Atlanta and across the country now have a second chance to qualify for the federal tax credit on the purchase of a home – now it includes both new and move- up buyers.
Senate Agrees to Extend Homebuyer Tax Credit
Thursday, October 29th, 2009the Senate has agreed to a extend the credit through April 2010. They also have added a new credit, although a smaller amount of $6,500, to other home buyers who have lived in their current homes for more than 5 years.
Don’t forget your garage doors – they need maintenance too.
